OFFICIAL LETTER 1525/CT-TTHT DATED 20 JULY 2015 OF BAC NINH DEPARTMENT TAXATION IN GUIDANCE OF CUSTOMS DECLARATION FOR CONSTRUCTION, INSTALLATION IN EXPORT PROCESSING ENTERPRISE

According official letter 1525/CT-TTHT:

In case, the company conducts construction, installation in export processing enterprise, the company must not make customs declaration for construction, installation in export processing zone
